St. Croix
Weddings
St. Croix, U.S. Virgin
Islands is a wonderful place for your wedding, commitment ceremony, vow renewal, and honeymoon
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a legal marriage?
Absolutely. You'll be married under the laws of the
U.S. Virgin Islands.
Since you're a Captain, does that mean the
marriage is only valid "for the duration of the cruise"?
Not at all. And by the way that "duration of the
cruise" thing is an urban myth to begin with. But my credentials as
a USCG certification Captain, actually doesn't have anything
to do with my performing a legal marriage ceremony
(except for me wearing my Captain's Dress Whites -- if that's
what you wish). I'm an ordained Minister under the
Universal Life Church, and am fully registered with the
Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands to perform weddings.
What is your denomination?
Universal Life Church
